Checking it Twice: A Property Manager’s Guide....

to Resident Caretakers

Resident caretakers play an important role in the day to day management of a multi-unit apartment building. As a property manager, it is important to know what to look for when hiring a resident caretaker and how to design this job position. If the relationship doesn’t “fit” anymore, it is equally important to know how to exit the relationship. In this interactive workshop, twin (!) lawyers Lisa Mackie (AHBL LLP) and Taryn Mackie (Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP) will offer two very different perspectives with the same management goal in mind. Do you work with a resident caretaker? Then sign up for this seminar and feel more at home with this work.
