Responding to Emergencies: Managers Sharing Experiences
Panelists: Keaton Bessey, Janine Jordison and Alexey Osipenko This in-person session will provide peer-to-peer mentoring, as three Rental Managers share their experiences of how they respond to emergency situations, including fires, floods, elevators etc. This workshop is highly recommended for new/junior rental managers.
Emergency situations take us by surprise, disrupting our busy schedules and raising many questions. Who do I call first? Do we need to inform the insurance provider? Who is responsible? What are the rights and responsibilities of the parties?
If you experienced such situations and want to have more answers to these and other related questions, learn from the best practices of other property managers and share your stories, this session is for you. Join us for an in person session where we will learn from each other’s experiences and gain confidence in responding to emergencies.
