Advanced Strata Management - Langara College
This is an applied course for working strata managers. You will develop hands-on knowledge and skills for problem solving.
The next Advanced Strata Management course is scheduled to start September 17, 2021, and will run for 10 classes. Classes will be held from 10:00am to 11:30am via Zoom.
You will also acquire a deeper understanding of how to handle everyday challenges pertaining to statutory compliance, annual general meetings, council meetings, mixed-use stratas, budget preparation, financial reserves, building maintenance, insurance claims, and time management. Prerequisites: A current strata management license or permission from the instructor. Note: This course will be conducted online through Zoom video conferencing during scheduled course hours. Interaction with the instructors and students through Zoom enhances learning.
