This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, 900 West Georgia Street, Vancouver in the Waddington Room. If you are not able to attend, members are asked to submit a proxy form to the Executive Director, or your designated proxy by noon on December 5th, 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive reports from the President and PAMA Committees, review and vote on the 2024 operating budget, to vote on resolutions, and to elect the Board of Directors.
If you are interested in putting your name forward to be part of the 2024 Board of Directors, please contact the Executive Director as soon as possible, in advance of the meeting ([email protected]). Please note that nominations will still be accepted at the meeting.
