Lisa Mackie is the leader of the Strata Property Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Real Estate Practices. Her primary areas of practice are Strata Property Law and Residential Tenancy Law.
At Alexander Holburn, Lisa was the 2019/ 2020 chair of the Women’s Forum, a group dedicated to promoting business development and networking opportunities among our female lawyers, paralegals and female clients. Prior to joining Alexander Holburn, Lisa worked in the law reform field as a legal researcher with the British Columbia Law Institute and the Canadian Centre for Elder Law Studies.

Anil K. Aggarwal is an Associate
in Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP’s Strata Property Group where he
advises on all areas of residential tenancy and strata law with a focus on
strata governance, bylaw enforcement, collections, litigation, human
rights, privacy, and Civil Resolution Tribunal matters. Anil regularly appears
before various Tribunals and all levels of Court in British Columbia. Anil also
volunteers his time by sitting on various Tribunals as an adjudicator,
co-authoring several chapters of the British Columbia Strata Property Practice
Manual, and teaching as a Visiting Professor for Simon Fraser University’s
Masters in Applied Legal Studies Program.
